Are you feeling ready for something different but unsure what that looks like?

Perhaps you're looking for your next promotion, questioning whether you're in the right role, returning to work after a break, or simply wondering what you want from your career now. Sometimes you know something needs to change without knowing exactly what. Career decisions can feel overwhelming when you're balancing ambition with financial considerations, family, confidence and the realities of everyday life, you don't have to have all the answers before you start.

Career coaching gives you the time and space to step away from the daily noise and focus on what you really want. It's an opportunity to explore your strengths, values, experience and aspirations — and understand what might be getting in the way of moving forward.

As your career coach, I'll listen, ask thoughtful questions and challenge your thinking when it could help you see things differently. Together, we'll explore your options, build your confidence and turn your thinking into practical next steps. I won't tell you which career path to take. I'll help you develop the clarity and confidence to choose a path that feels right for you.

What do I actually want?
What am I good at?
What matters to me now?
What could be possible?

Why work with me?
I've experienced a significant professional transition myself as after 24 years in education, I moved into a completely different sector, working in training and development with the Royal Navy and private sector. That experience gave me first-hand insight into the uncertainty, self-doubt and excitement that can come with stepping outside what is familiar. It also taught me that making a professional decision isn't simply about finding a different job, it's about understanding what you want, what you're good at and what matters to you.

Throughout my career, I've coached and mentored people at different stages of their professional journeys, from those considering their first leadership opportunity to experienced leaders thinking about their future. I've seen how powerful it can be when someone takes the time to recognise their strengths, challenge their assumptions and gain confidence in their own decisions.

My coaching approach is built around three core principles:
Clarity -Â I'll help you recognise your strengths, explore your possibilities and take ownership of the decisions that matter to you.
Confidence -Â I'll ask thoughtful questions and challenge assumptions that may be limiting your thinking, including the ones you may have made about yourself.
Change -Â We'll turn your thinking into practical, achievable steps so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.

My role isn't to tell you what career you should choose, it's to help you understand yourself, explore what's possible and make decisions that align with your strengths, values, ambitions and the life you want to create. Your career can evolve as you do. Sometimes the first step isn't knowing where you're going. It's giving yourself permission to explore what's possible.
